APPENDIX PRIVACY POLICY OF THE HOTEL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION OF MADRID

This Privacy Policy is aimed at providing you with all the information you need to understand the scope and purpose of data processing so that your acceptance, which is absolutely necessary to access and use the website, is based on a perfectly informed consent collected in the regulations on data protection resulting from the application at all times regarding the processing of your personal data by MADRID HOTEL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION, with NIF G28610525, and all this under the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April on Data Protection, the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on data protection and digital guarantees.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
The data controller is MADRID HOTEL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (hereinafter, AEHM), with tax identification number G28610525, registered in the Register of Associations of the Community of Madrid, with deposit number 28000177, with registered office at Calle Marqués de Cubas, 5, 4º izq. 28014, Madrid (Spain). For what purpose do we process your data?
AEHM processes your personal data in order to manage your participation in the TRAVELING FOR HAPPINES AWARDS contest, as well as to send communications of interest on conferences and newsletters on the tourism sector.

What is the basis that legitimizes us to process your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent given through the registration form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the RGPD, notwithstanding that you may object or withdraw your consent at any time, as well as unequivocal consent to send communications from email and automatic information system aehm.es

How long will we treat your data?
Your data will be treated for the time necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected, provided that you do not request their deletion beforehand and, in any case, for one year from their collection, after which they will be deleted. 

To which recipients will your personal data be transferred?
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, unless the responsible party is legally obliged to do so. Likewise, no international data transfers will be made.

What are your rights when you communicate your data to us?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether AEHM is processing personal data concerning them.

The data subject may object or request the withdrawal of his or her consent at any time. 

In addition, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation in the treatment, opposition and portability of data through a letter addressed to our registered office or via e-mail.

As a last resort, and especially if you feel that your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority, located at C/ Jorge Juan nº 6, 28001 Madrid.
